   When you register or purchase tickets for an event, your booking is only confirmed once payment is received (where applicable). We may refuse or cancel a booking if payment is not completed or if there is a breach of these Terms. Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (such as Eventbrite or Stripe). We do not store your card details.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
   Unless otherwise stated, event fees are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by us. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer a transfer to another event. Participants who cannot attend may contact us to request a transfer of their ticket to another person, subject to approval.

6. Membership
   Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership benefits are valid only during the paid membership period and may be subject to change.

7. Media and Photography
   Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By attending our events, you consent to being included in such materials. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform our team in advance.

8. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website, social media, and promotional materials — including text, images, and logos — is the property of Oxford Hongkongers CIC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent.
